An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an interim Legal Counsel to join the EMEA Legal Operations team of a Fortune 50 technology company.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in King’s Cross, London, and would suit a legally qualified professional (UK or EU qualified) with over 5 years’ experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, process and change management.

Location: Onsite 5 days/week – King’s Cross, London

  • Legal qualification + experience in legal/business operations
  • Supporting the rollout of the Global Master Retention Agreement (GMRA) across EMEA and APAC
  • Assisting with legal panel relationship management
  • Revamping internal hub sites and databases
  • Providing ad hoc project support across the legal ops function

A qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience:

  • Prior in-house or law firm background
  • Confidence using Google Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with eBilling tools like Legal Tracker
