Interim Commercial Lawyer

Montresor Legal is partnering with a leading consumer company seeking a mid-level commercial lawyer for a 3-month remote contract. You’ll be providing support on a range of marketing and procurement contracts with a competitive day rate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, including: Creative Services Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements and Media, Print Management, and Miscellaneous Agreements (promotions, sponsorship, etc.)
• Helping to develop playbooks for contract management
• Working with existing templates and adapting them for future use

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (UK W & I, or overseas qual considered too)
• Strong experience in marketing and procurement contracts
• Ability to work with templates and assist with creating playbooks
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
