Montresor Legal is seeking a Legal Counsel for its private equity group to advise on establishment and launch of funds and mandates, fund structuring and documentation, investor negotiations and ongoing legal management of funds and investments.
The role requires drafting and negotiating core fund documents (LPAs, PPMs, IMAs and side letters), leading internal legal reviews, and working with investors and advisers throughout the launch process across international markets.
