We’re working with a stealth-mode fintech startup solving a huge pain point for small businesses and sole traders: getting paid faster and with less friction. Backed by Tier 1 VCs and fintech heavyweights, they’re building a payments platform to modernise how professionals and service providers get paid – and they’re scaling fast.
They’re looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join on a fractional basis – around half a day a week, initially – reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll help shape their regulatory roadmap and support their journey through FCA engagement and EMI licensing, bringing your knowledge of UK payments regulation to the table.
