Montresor Legal is working with a leading international law firm to appoint an experienced Paralegal to support its transactional Funds practice on an initial three‑month contract. The role will support the firm's New York Funds team and may require working US-aligned hours, roughly 2pm–10pm.
The successful candidate should have at least two years’ experience supporting funds, private equity, asset management or related transactional matters, with a solid understanding of fund formation.
