A standout opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-driven paralegal to join the Private Equity Funds team at a leading international law firm in London. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the chance to work closely with senior lawyers on high-quality, cross-border matters. You’ll be the sole paralegal in a busy and collaborative team, gaining exceptional exposure to clients and building expertise across fund formation, regulatory filings, and key transactional documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting entity formation and coordinating fund closings
  • Drafting ancillary and LP transfer documents
  • Preparing first drafts of fund documents
  • Managing UK filings with Companies House, FCA, and more
  • Liaising with US counsel on regulatory filings (SEC, IRS, etc.)
  • Running document checklists and preparing bibles
  • Assisting with general file management and administrative support
