Job Description Company Overview A global financial services group is looking for an Equity Derivatives Lawyer for a 6 month contract. Role Overview Join a dynamic team of lawyers supporting various Global Markets businesses. In this role, you will: Collaborate with the Equities team on structuring, negotiating, documenting, and executing equity products, including derivatives, margin loans, fund finance, and prime brokerage. Provide guidance on the creation and launch of new products, including regulatory analysis and structuring. Interpret and implement regulatory changes impacting equities. Offer legal and regulatory advice to internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, and the Business. Skills & Experience We are looking for an experienced lawyer with: Strong expertise in equity products, particularly equity derivatives. Familiarity with ISDA (including Equity Definitions), LMA, GMSLA, and prime brokerage documentation. Knowledge of corporate, security, finance, and insolvency laws.
