Overview
Our client, a leading international investment bank, is looking for a derivatives lawyer to join their Global Markets legal team in London. They are looking for someone with derivatives & structured products experience across OTC derivatives and/or bond issuances and structured notes. It\\\’s a very commercial role working closely with the business as a part of a small team of 3 other lawyers. Candidates would ideally have experience from one of the leading derivatives practices in the city or another financial institution.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on derivatives and structured products matters, including OTC derivatives, bond issuances and structured notes.
- Work closely with the business as part of a small legal team
- Draft, negotiate and review transactions and related documentation to support commercial objectives
Qualifications
- Experience in derivatives & structured products across OTC derivatives and/or bond issuances and structured notes
- Experience from a leading derivatives practice in the City or at another financial institution preferred
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to collaborate with business teams
