We are working with a highly regarded London law firm that is looking to hire a Private Client Offshore Associate at around 3–5 PQE. This is a permanent opportunity within a well-established private client team advising international HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and family offices on complex cross-border wealth, succession and tax planning matters.

The role will focus on offshore and international private client work, including:

  • Wealth structuring
  • Trusts
  • Succession planning
  • Cross-border wills
  • UK tax advice for international clients
  • Implementation of planning alongside advisers in other jurisdictions

This would suit a private client lawyer who enjoys technical work, international matters and direct client contact. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to manage high-quality work from an early stage, while being supported by experienced lawyers within a collaborative and highly regarded team.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with strong offshore private client experience, ideally including work for international HNW or UHNW clients. You should be England & Wales qualified, with around 3–5 years’ PQE, and either STEP qualified or keen to work towards the qualification.
