The work is intellectually demanding and frequently international in scope, involving sophisticated clients and high-profile issues.

- Ideally at least one year’s experience in commercial litigation and/or business crime
- Experience handling large volumes of complex documentation
- Confidence using legal research tools (e.g. Westlaw, LexisNexis, Practical Law)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach
Where Russian is a first language, candidates should be able to demonstrate professional-level English and cultural fluency, ideally through having lived and worked in the UK. Experience with sanctions-related matters would be advantageous, but is not essential.
