We are partnering with a leading global investment management business to hire a Funds Lawyer to join its London-based legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 2–7 years’ PQE to work on the establishment, structuring and ongoing operation of European investment funds and separate accounts across a broad range of asset classes.
The role will involve close collaboration with investment, product and business teams on complex and high-profile projects, including new fund launches, fund documentation, investor negotiations and regulatory matters.
- Managing external counsel relationships
- Providing commercially focused legal and regulatory advice across multiple asset classes including private credit, real estate and public fixed income
2–7 years’ PQE gained in a leading law firm and/or in-house investment management environment.
