We're partnering with a leading financial services business to appoint a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing legal function, with prior experience in retail banking.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for leading a specialist legal team, advising on the marketing of retail banking and investment products, and partnering with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, compliance, risk and legal.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling commercially effective marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with the evolving UK regulatory landscape.
Leading and developing a high-performing marketing legal team, providing strategic legal advice across a broad range of marketing and advertising initiatives.
Advising on financial promotions and the regulatory framework governing the marketing of retail banking and consumer financial products.
