We are working with a leading law firm in London seeking to recruit a CLO Associate to join its highly regarded Structured Finance practice.
The team advises on a broad range of complex CLO transactions, working with leading arrangers, issuers, managers and investors across the international market.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-5 PQE.
- Strong, demonstrable experience in CLO transactions.
- Experience gained within a leading private practice or relevant in-house environment, experience from UK as well as common law jurisdictions
- Exposure to international and cross-border transactions.
- A strong academic background and a genuine interest in developing their CLO practice.
