Capital Markets Paralegal / Support Lawyer

I'm working with a leading international law firm looking to bring on an experienced Paralegal or Support Lawyer to join its Capital Markets team.
The role will support a broad range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, working closely with lawyers, clients and external advisers across transaction management, documentation, due diligence, CPs and signing and closing processes.
The firm are keen to meet candidates with:
- 2+ years' experience as a Paralegal or Support Lawyer within a leading law firm or in-house legal team
- Experience supporting Capital Markets transactions, ideally across debt and/or equity
- Strong transactional experience, including documentation, conditions precedent, due diligence and execution processes
- Exposure to Banking & Finance or transaction management
There may also be scope to explore other opportunities within the firm longer term, making this a great chance to showcase your skillset within a leading international practice.
