We’re working with a high-performing, collaborative finance team who are looking for a Client Billing Coordinator to join their London office. This role sits at the heart of billing operations, supporting partners and fee earners across multiple offices with the end-to-end billing cycle. From draft to final invoice, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring billing processes are smooth, accurate, and aligned with firm policies. It’s a brilliant role for someone who enjoys both the detail and the pace of legal finance.
- Coordinating monthly and transactional billing cycles using Elite 3E and paperless proforma systems
- Providing front-line billing support and reporting on missing time, unbilled balances, and aged WIP
- Ensuring compliance with SAR, AML, VAT rules and internal billing policies
- Supporting wider finance projects and process improvements
Strong experience in billing within a law firm or professional services environment.
Excellent attention to detail, good Excel skills, and a professional, proactive approach.
