A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Investment Management firm as a Senior Client Service Executive. Working within an established Investment Management team, you’ll continue to deliver all the core responsibilities of a Client Service Executive while taking on additional senior duties that support your team and the Client Service Managers.
Operating within a model that is managed centrally and embedded locally, you’ll be the go-to escalation point, a champion of best practice, and a driving force behind consistent, first-class client outcomes.
Duties of the Senior Client Service Executive include:
- Leadership & Escalation: Act as the escalation point for the team, taking the lead in problem-solving through discussion with key stakeholders across the business and supporting the Client Service Managers.
- Driving Best Practice: Consistently deliver all KPIs and Right First Time, leading the way for the wider team and sharing best practice to ensure consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
- Coaching & Development: Coach, support and develop new and existing Client Service Support staff, championing the development programme, contributing to probation and appraisal processes, and coordinating any further training requirements.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of systems and processes, champion process and system changes, and assist with the testing and implementation of system improvements using your SME experience and knowledge of client requirements.
- Client Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee and manage end-to-end client lifecycle processes for the team, managing capacity and absence cover where required to ensure a seamless service.
- Collaborative Engagement: Host regular meetings for the team, act as a first point of contact for Client Service Support staff, and work collaboratively with Operational teams and the Front Office to investigate queries, resolve issues and continually improve service.

- Experience working as a Client Service Executive, ideally within Investment or Wealth Management, is essential.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end client lifecycle processes, with a full understanding of the client life cycle.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to act as an escalation point for the team.
- A natural problem-solver with sound critical thinking and excellent time and priority management.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment within wealth and investment management, with a good understanding of the products and services offered.
