Due to exciting business growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Real Estate Advisory company as they seek an experienced Loan Servicing Asset Manager to support the management of their expanding portfolio of commercial real estate loans. The role involves monitoring, servicing, and accounting for the loan portfolio, as well as providing input on budgets, cost recovery, income, and operational matters. Candidates must have a solid understanding of LMA standard loan documentation and execution.

Duties of the Loan Servicing Manager (Real Estate) include:

  • Oversee the servicing and performance of UK and European commercial real estate loans, ensuring timely debt repayment.
  • Generate comprehensive loan performance reports for key stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for lenders and borrowers, delivering exceptional customer service.
