Up to £50,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Hybrid working available! Due to exciting business growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Investment Management firm as a Client Service Executive within their Charities division. Working within an established Investment Management team, you’ll take ownership of the full client lifecycle while leading on the preparation of meeting packs, presentations and quarterly reporting. Operating within a model that is managed centrally and embedded locally, you’ll be the go‑to person for client administration and a driving force behind consistent, first‑class client outcomes. Charities packs are slightly more involved than a standard meeting pack, and full training will be provided.
Duties of the Client Service Executive include:
- Meeting Packs & Presentations: Take charge of preparing accurate, well‑presented meeting packs and client presentations, ensuring all materials are produced to a high standard ahead of client meetings.
- Quarterly Reporting: Own the quarterly reporting process for the team, producing timely and accurate reports for clients.
- Client Lifecycle Management: Manage the end‑to‑end client lifecycle administration process, acting as the main liaison between the client, the investment team, operations and other key stakeholders, keeping all parties informed.
- Client Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and attending client meetings where required.
- Suitability Process: Support the client suitability process, gathering the relevant information to support suitability and producing client summaries and welcome letters.
- Best Practice & Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team and wider administration functions to follow group‑wide processes, meet KPI benchmarks and share best practice.
What we need from you as a Client Service Executive:
- Ideally 3–4 years’ experience working as a Client Service Executive, within Investment or Wealth Management – competent CSE experience is essential.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end client lifecycle processes, with a full understanding of the client lifecycle.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to produce professional meeting packs and presentations.
- High attention to detail and strong numeracy.
- Confident client‑facing and communication skills, comfortable engaging directly with clients.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment within wealth and investment management, with a good understanding of the products and services offered.
- Charities experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
What’s in it for you:
- A Career-CSE Role with Real Ownership: A permanent, client‑facing position where you can build a long‑term career, take genuine ownership of meeting packs, quarterly reporting and the client lifecycle, and benefit from study support, funded courses and qualifications.
- An Outstanding Benefits Package: Enjoy a market‑leading package including a non‑contributory pension of up to 10%, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, a company share scheme, discretionary bonus and flexible holidays.
- Hybrid Working & Inclusive Culture: Balance work and home life with a hybrid working scheme, while joining an inclusive, people‑first culture with social and inclusion networks, volunteering days and a genuine sense of community where you are proud to work and feel you belong.
