Duties of the HR Apprentice to include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief People Officer and the wider HR team.
- Assist with various stages of the employee lifecycle, including supporting recruitment, onboarding new hires, and managing employee records.
- Contribute to the smooth running of daily HR operations and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Help prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
- Learn about different areas of HR, including employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of all sensitive HR data.
