  • You will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties.
  • Minimum of 3-year residential conveyancing experience required.
  • We are currently recruiting for this position in our Cheltenham office.
  • Applications are welcome from experienced Conveyancing Executives or Newly Qualified Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers or Solicitors.
  • You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or an experienced Conveyancing Executive with a strong track record in managing your own caseload.
  • Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
