About the role:

  • Processing of payments and receipts in and out of client account
  • Using the firm’s internet banking system
  • Assist Fee Earners with accounting queries
  • Adhere to Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • Liaise with the bank regarding general queries
  • Liaise with Suppliers to resolve payment queries
  • Assist Accounts Manager with all functional activities as appropriate.

About You:

We are looking for a bright, professional, team orientated Accounts Executive to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a junior position, with career progression. You will need to possess strong attention to detail, be brilliant with numbers, and be able to work accurately at pace and with volume. We can offer you training but previous experience in an accounts team is beneficial. This role offers progression and a competitive salary within a business who genuinely care about the people we hire.
