About the role:
- You will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties.
About you:
- You will be a newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE or equivalent.
- You will be committed to providing a high level of client care.
- You will be an ambitious and dynamic individual.

- You will be organised, have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 0-3 years PQE (or equivalent experience in residential property law).
- Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
- Strong client care skills with a professional and personable approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
- Comfortable using digital conveyancing tools and legal case management systems.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
