About the Role: With the support of a team, you will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties. You will also provide supervision to junior members of staff.
About You: We are looking specifically for qualified Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers or Licensed Conveyancers with 3 years + Post Qualification Experience for this role. You will be committed to providing a high level of client care. You will be an ambitious and dynamic individual. A positive “can do” attitude is key to our culture and business model. You will be organised, have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing.
- Confident in managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and complex transactions.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support.
- Strong communication and client service skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
- Comfortable using digital case management systems and committed to adopting new technology to enhance service delivery.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, aligned with our team-focused and positive working culture.
