About the role
You will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties. Minimum of 3-year residential conveyancing experience required. We are currently recruiting for this position in our Cheltenham office.
About you
- Applications are welcome from experienced Conveyancing Executives or Newly Qualified Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers or Solicitors.
- You will be committed to providing a high level of client care.
- You will be an ambitious and dynamic individual.

- You will be organised, have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
- You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or an experienced Conveyancing Executive with a strong track record in managing your own caseload.
- Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality client service with a personable and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage files proactively and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
