About the role

  • With the support of a team, you will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties.
  • You will also provide supervision to junior members of staff.

About you

  • We are looking specifically for experienced Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers or Licensed Conveyancers with 3 years+ Post Qualification Experience for this role.
  • You will be committed to providing a high level of client care.
  • You will be an ambitious and dynamic individual.
  • A positive “can do” attitude is key to our culture and business model.
  • You will be organised, have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Confident in managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and complex transactions.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support.
  • Strong communication and client service skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Comfortable using digital case management systems and committed to adopting new technology to enhance service delivery.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, aligned with our team-focused and positive working culture.
