You will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
About you
- Newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor with 0–3 years PQE or equivalent.
- Committed to providing a high level of client care.
- Aspirational and dynamic.
- Positive "can do" attitude.
- Organised, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail.
- Qualified Lawyer in England and Wales (or equivalent experience in residential property law).
- Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
- Strong client care skills with a professional and personable approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
- Comfortable using digital conveyancing tools and legal case management systems.
- Proactive, positive attitude and genuine desire to contribute to a collaborative and forward‑thinking team.
