CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy
- Pay:
- Drivers earning $70,000 – $75,000 Annually
- $0.53 – $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
- Choose 27% of Line Haul
- Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days – 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!
Additional Advantages
- Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) – paid in first 180 days!
- Week 1 = $1,500

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay
- New Drivers Pay – $.53 CPM starting base pay
- 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) – $.54 CPM starting base pay
- 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) – $.55 CPM starting base pay
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:
- 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
- No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
- No DUI in the past 10 years
- Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
