Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver a wide range of goods to customers efficiently and on time.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and communicate your location and estimated arrival times clearly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Drive company vehicles safely, responsibly, and in compliance with road regulations
- Conduct daily vehicle and trailer inspections, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately completed.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, both inside and out.
- Fixed Night shifts with consistent work and planning.
- Home at the end of each shift - no tramping or nights out.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, as well as relevant legislation and site‑specific policies.
Ideal Candidate
- Class 1 (C+E) licence holders with a valid CPC and Digi card
- No more than 6 points and NO DND.
- Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience (due to insurance)
- Reliable drivers who take pride in their work and keep things moving
- Flexibility to support the operation when required
- You must have previous commercial driving experience and good geographical knowledge.
- Experience of fully completing vehicle check in and checkout sheets.
