Our Marketing team is responsible for delivering brand, digital and print campaigns. Our key responsibility is attracting the correct visitors and exhibitors to attend these events, providing the best possible return on investment for exhibitors and the best experience for visitors through effective marketing – website content, email, social networks, PPC etc.
The successful applicant will ideally have a qualification in Marketing or experience working in Marketing. The role requires strong communication, customer service and relationship building skills along with the ability to process quickly and accurately. If you are self-motivated, driven with initiative and good communication skills, whilst demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to fulfil the needs of the business, we look forward to discussing our opportunities with you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive and the wider team to ensure that all tasks are covered for each exhibition.
- Build relationships and maintain confident communication with exhibitors, ensuring that they use their Hub to promote their presence at the exhibitions through the website, on socials and in print.
- Manage inboxes for related queries.
- Updating content on exhibition websites through CRM system.
- Creating emails as per marketing plan via CMS system.
- Manage the calendar and generate content for regular and engaging organic social media posts.
- Display inquisitiveness for social media trends.
- Design banners and marketing collateral for digital and print campaigns, maintaining an updated library of featured advertisements and creative assets.
- Update statistics on campaigns and deliver analysis and commentary.
- Assist with events and other brand marketing tasks including lead generation.
- Attend events, exhibitions and conferences as well as other relevant events.
- Excellent Communication (written & verbal) – accuracy and professional.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills – Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new systems/platforms e.g. website, app and social scheduling.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Accurate data and information processing.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- Confidence in generating and sharing ideas.
- Experience using design tools (Canva for example) is useful but not essential.

The central London, dog-friendly offices are close to Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street with access to the private gardens in Manchester Square. Hybrid working is offered to all applicants with a minimum of at least 3 days in the office, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Core hours are 9-5 pm, flexibility outside these hours will be required to suit the needs of the business.
