What You’ll Be Doing Advising on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including administrations, liquidations, receiverships, CVAs, restructuring plans, and directors’ duties. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation such as administration sale agreements, court applications, and security reviews.
