A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an Associate (3+ PQE) to join its Projects & Energy team in London. This team is at the forefront of major infrastructure, energy, transport, and construction projects, advising both government and private sector clients on complex, high-value matters.

The Role

Due to a strong pipeline of work, this opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of projects, including:

• Renewable energy and energy transition projects
• Major infrastructure and transport developments
• Construction and procurement strategies
• Project financing and risk management
• Contract negotiations

This role involves working closely with some highly experienced partners while also collaborating with other leaders across the firm.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ PQE with experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or transport projects
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently while working collaboratively within a high-performing team
• Prior experience in a projects team or in-house environment
