An exciting opportunity for an Investment Funds Associate (4+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Investment Funds team at a leading US law firm . This team is trusted by top global fund sponsors and institutional investors to advise on fund structuring, establishment, and regulatory matters . With a strong global presence across the US, Europe, and Asia, they provide cutting-edge solutions across private equity, infrastructure, hedge, and hybrid funds .
What You’ll Do:
- Advise fund managers on the structuring, establishment, and launch of private funds across multiple sectors.
- Draft and negotiate PPMs, LPAs, Articles, and Management Agreements .
- Prepare Subscription Documents and Side Letters .
- Work on fund-related M&A transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years\’ PQE in Investment Funds from a highly respected firm.
- Strong experience in fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters .
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
- A team player with the ability to manage transactions independently .
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with
- Magic Circle or US firm experience .
