An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Funds Associate (2-4 PQE) to join a leading offshore law firm in London. This role offers exposure to high-profile investment fund matters, working with a highly regarded and growing team.
The Firm
The firm’s Funds & Investment Management team is one of the largest offshore investment funds teams in London, advising a blue-chip client base of leading European fund managers and their onshore counsel . With deep expertise in Cayman Islands law , the team provides legal and regulatory advice across hedge funds, hybrid funds, and private equity funds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to gain exposure to some of the most sophisticated offshore funds work in the market.
The Role
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of investment fund matters , including:
- Advising on the formation, structuring, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance, restructuring, and termination of Cayman Islands investment vehicles.
- Working closely with European alternative investment fund managers and their onshore counsel on cross-border fund structuring.
- Engaging in business development , playing an active role in promoting the firm and identifying new client opportunities.
You will work alongside market-leading partners and a highly collaborative team , benefiting from top-tier training and excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Requirements
- 2-4 PQE , admitted in England & Wales.
- Experience in investment funds, regulatory, or corporate law , ideally from a top-tier international law firm .
