An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Tax Associate (3-5 PQE) to join a Magic Circle firm in London. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value transactions, providing strategic tax advice to top-tier international clients.

The team works with major corporates, private equity firms, and financial institutions, offering seamless, cross-border tax expertise. The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of corporate tax matters, including:

• Advising on M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, and structured finance deals
• Providing strategic tax guidance on cross-border investments and multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Working closely with market-leading partners and senior lawyers on high-value deals
• Engaging in business development, client training, and thought leadership in the tax space

Key Requirements

• 3-5 PQE with Corporate Tax experience from a top-tier practice
• Qualified in England & Wales or Ireland
• Strong academic background (First-Class or High 2:1)
• Experience advising on M&A, private equity, structured finance, and tax advisory matters
• Excellent technical skills and a commercial, solution-driven mindset
