A prestigious US law firm is seeking a Competition Litigation Associate (1-4 PQE) to join its market-leading Competition & Antitrust team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile disputes, regulatory investigations, and appeals, representing both claimants and defendants in the English courts and before competition regulators.

The team represents major corporates, financial institutions, and industry leaders in a wide range of contentious competition issues, including:
- Cartel and abuse of dominance investigations
- Stand-alone and follow-on litigation
- Competition damages claims
- Judicial review and regulatory appeals

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Represent clients in competition and antitrust litigation before the English courts
- Act for companies and financial institutions under investigation by UK and European competition regulators
- Advise on standalone and follow-on litigation, including cartel damages claims and market dominance disputes
- Assist with appeals, judicial review, and regulatory challenges
- Work closely with high-profile clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
- Collaborate with international teams to provide strategic, commercially driven legal advice
What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years’ PQE in competition litigation from a leading law firm
- Strong experience in competition disputes, antitrust investigations, and regulatory challenges
- English or common law qualification
