The Role:

The firm is seeking an Associate (3+ PQE) to join its Banking & Finance team in London. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a range of high-profile, complex financing transactions, gaining exposure to both lender and borrower-side work.

Responsibilities include:

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating key transaction documents
• Advising clients on complex financing structures, risk, and market trends
• Managing transactions from term sheet through to closing and post-completion matters
• Collaborating with colleagues across international offices on multi-jurisdictional deals
• Developing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years' experience in a leading Banking & Finance team
• Strong exposure to leveraged & acquisition finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, or fund finance
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• A proactive, commercially focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong academic background and qualification in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction
