Montezuma's Chocolates is seeking an experienced NPD professional to lead innovation across our premium chocolate and Bristows of Devon traditional confectionery brands. Own the innovation pipeline from concept to launch and guide a small Product Development team.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Technical and Finance to deliver projects on time and within budget, while driving Stage-Gate processes and translating consumer insights into successful outcomes.
