Part-Time Nanny – Finchley N3 (London)

My name is Mike and I live in Finchley N3 with my wife Sophie and our son Isaac, who is currently 22 months old. We are a warm and loving family and would love to make our nanny feel as included and welcome as possible in our home.

We are looking for a part-time nanny, ideally including Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Play and developmentally appropriate activities

• Nap time routines

• Local outings

• Meal times and meal preparation

• Baby laundry

We are looking for someone who is warm, caring, reliable, creative, gentle, and attuned.

We are particularly interested in child development, Montessori principles, and approaches such as aware parenting, gentle methods, and children’s nutrition. We believe in a child-led approach and are eager to find a nanny with a similar mindset.

Knowledge of Montessori and child development is highly desirable. An interest in nutrition and cooking delicious meals is also highly desirable. A love of music would be a bonus.

We are willing to be flexible for the right person.
