About You

As a casual LSO you will assist the classroom teacher in providing a quality Catholic education focused on maximising student outcomes, through a holistic, student centred curriculum. To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • an understanding of the diverse needs of students who require individual and classroom support
  • knowledge of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) register preferable
  • ability to work collaboratively with teachers as a team member
  • ability to be organised, supportive and resourceful
  • excellent classroom management skills focused on student wellbeing
  • a willingness to support the positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for students

You will have attained:

  • a Certificate III or IV in Educational Support from TAFE NSW or equivalent post-secondary qualification
