- Coordinate front-of-house, kitchen, and bar operations during service..
- Lead, support, and motivate the restaurant team..
- Help maintain high standards of food quality, wine, service, cleanliness, and guest experience..
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally..
- Support staff development, scheduling, and effective teamwork..
- Promote a welcoming, positive, and well-organised working environment..
Previous management experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting, strong communication and leadership skills, and a genuine passion for high-quality Italian food and wine are desirable..
