We are looking for a contract Project Manager - UK Based only. At Monterosa, we create powerful audience engagement experiences that connect some of the world’s biggest brands with their fans in real time. With over two decades of technical innovation, our platform blends interactivity, gamification, and data to drive meaningful participation at scale. Headquartered in the UK with a growing international presence, we’re a collaborative, forward-thinking team passionate about building impactful digital products and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple concurrent fan engagement products and projects within Monterosa. This role focuses on coordinating delivery, maintaining momentum, and ensuring strong client communication across a portfolio of typically 5–10 active projects. Working at the intersection of customer, product, and delivery, the Product Delivery Manager ensures that work is aligned to client goals while maximising the value of Monterosa’s platform. Unlike traditional project management roles, this position emphasises outcomes over process, requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple work streams efficiently without heavy reliance on formal methodologies.

You’re a confident and adaptable Product Delivery Manager who thrives in fast-paced, client-focused environments. You bring a strong blend of organisation, commercial awareness, and emotional intelligence, enabling you to build trust quickly and navigate complex challenges with ease. Naturally collaborative, you communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. You’re proactive, solutions-driven, and motivated by continuous improvement for yourself, your team, and the products you help bring to life.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivery Owner: Own the day-to-day delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring progress, alignment, and timely execution. Maintain clear visibility across all active workstreams, identifying risks, dependencies, and prioritising. Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, aligned with agreed outcomes and timelines.
  • Customer Communication & Relationship Management: Your approach will be consultative as the SME with a solutions-driven mindset to reach the specified goals. Act as a primary point of contact for clients during delivery. Maintain regular, structured communication (updates, check-ins, reports). Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Manage expectations effectively, including scope, timelines, and delivery constraints.
  • Coordination & Execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, support) to ensure smooth delivery. Facilitate alignment between internal teams and the customer needs. Remove blockers and drive momentum across projects. Ensure clarity of scope and priorities across all stakeholders. Understand project scope, commercials, and priorities to support efficient delivery. Identify risks to scope, timelines, or profitability and escalate where needed.
