The Role

We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to act as the primary point of coordination and success for a portfolio of fan engagement customers. This role is about owning the customer experience end-to-end - ensuring campaigns and activations run smoothly, stakeholders stay aligned, and value is consistently delivered by creating excellent experiences for fans on the Monterosa platform. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate delivery, facilitate communication, and drive outcomes, supported by Monterosa’s internal systems and workflows.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Customer Ownership & Relationship Management
    • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of 5-10 customers in global sports and entertainment during the delivery process.
    • Build strong, trusted relationships across a range of stakeholders.
    • Understand and interrogate customer goals and help meet their commercial and fan engagement objectives, utilising our suite of innovative products.
    • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas to improve customer outcomes.
  • Product Advice & Setup
    • Detailed knowledge of the Monterosa platform, products, and how to set them up.
    • Set up and configuration of Experiences.
    • Provide advice on best practices.
  • Coordination & Delivery Management
    • Coordinate the successful delivery of fan engagement campaigns using Monterosa’s platform and front-end fan engagement products.
    • Lead a tight-knit team within an AI-first process to rapidly create and deploy our products and new features.
    • Keep your customers up-to-date with regular communication and collaborative reviews at every stage of delivery.
    • Keep delivery organised, visible, and predictable across multiple concurrent customers.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Use AI-driven internal systems and workflows to manage delivery. Maintain clear visibility of timelines, dependencies, and priorities.
    • Ensure smooth handovers between teams and phases of work.
    • Support efficient, scalable ways of working as Monterosa grows.
  • Customer Success & Value Delivery
    • Prioritise outcomes over process - ensuring customers achieve success with Monterosa.
    • Monitor performance, engagement metrics, and campaign success.
    • Identify opportunities to grow accounts or deepen usage of the platform.
    • Contribute to long-term customer retention and satisfaction.

You are highly organised and customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once. You don’t need to be a traditional project manager - you are someone who thrives in client-facing, fast-moving environments where coordination and communication are key. You bring a strong sense of ownership, you understand your customers' goals, and how to use our products to achieve them. You are proactive in solving problems and know how to keep both customers and internal teams aligned.

Experience & Background

  • Customer-Facing Delivery Experience
    • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Product, or Project Management roles in SaaS or digital products.
    • Comfortable managing multiple customers, campaigns, or accounts simultaneously.
    • Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organisation & Coordination
    • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Experience coordinating across multiple teams (e.g., product, engineering, design, and commercial).
    • Able to keep work structured and on track without heavy process overhead.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
    • Skilled at running meetings, managing expectations, and keeping everyone aligned.
    • Able to simplify complexity and create clarity.
    • Understands how customer goals link to business outcomes.
    • Able to spot opportunities to improve engagement, performance, or account growth.
    • Data-driven, ready to use data to back up your suggestions, and comfortable using metrics to guide conversations.
    • Deep understanding of product lifecycle, experimentation, and iteration.
    • Confident in analysing data and forming product hypotheses.

  • Hands-on Capability
    • Able to create wireframes independently.
    • Able to prototype (including low-code / “vibe-coded” prototypes).
    • Able to translate abstract goals into tangible flows.

  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital product environments.
