Monteo London, an award-winning boutique real estate agency based in the heart of Mayfair, is looking for a Junior Lettings Associate (Summer Intern) to join our dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to gain first-hand experience in the London prime property market. You’ll work closely with our experienced lettings team, supporting day-to-day operations and learning how to navigate the fast-paced world of residential lettings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with property viewings and client follow-ups
  • Supporting lettings administration and marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Helping with content creation for property listings and social media
  • Gaining real insight into the lettings lifecycle and customer service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in real estate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese are a plus)
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
