About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Administrator to join Montel on a fixed-term maternity cover and help maintain the day-to-day health of our HubSpot CRM.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality CRM data through data entry, validation, cleanup, and ongoing maintenance. You will ensure that our contact, company, and deal records remain accurate, complete, and consistent, enabling our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to make informed decisions based on trusted data.

This is a fixed-term position for the duration of the maternity leave (expected to be approximately 12 months). You'll receive a structured handover at the start of your assignment and, before the contract ends, you'll prepare a thorough handover to support their return.

As you'll be stepping into well-established processes and independently managing recurring data maintenance tasks, we're looking for someone who quickly becomes confident in the role, enjoys taking initiative, identifies opportunities for improvement, and follows through to ensure a consistently high standard of data quality.

What you'll do

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of HubSpot following a structured handover, ensuring established processes and data standards are maintained.

  • Enter, update, and maintain contact, company, and deal records in HubSpot with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Run regular data cleanup by identifying and merging duplicates, fixing formatting inconsistencies, completing missing fields, and removing outdated or invalid records.

  • Monitor data quality and proactively identify gaps, errors, and recurring issues, while suggesting practical improvements to address them at the source.

  • Perform bulk imports and exports, including preparing, deduplicating, and validating data files before upload.

  • Maintain field definitions, picklist values, and naming conventions, and keep data entry documentation up to date for the wider team.

  • Support the setup and maintenance of lists, segments, and basic workflows that depend on clean, reliable data.

  • Assist colleagues with day-to-day HubSpot questions and help onboard new users to good CRM and data management practices.

  • Produce simple reports on data quality and CRM usage for relevant stakeholders.

  • Document your work and prepare a clear handover ahead of the permanent role holder's return.

What we're looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience working with a CRM, ideally HubSpot (administration experience or a HubSpot certification is a strong advantage).

  • Able to quickly learn established processes and work independently with confidence from an early stage.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to maintaining high-quality data.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, prioritise work, and follow through with minimal supervision.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify recurring data issues and suggest practical improvements to processes and data quality.

  • Structured and process-driven, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently, accurately, and efficiently.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data-related issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.

  • Discretion when handling customer data and a good understanding of data privacy principles, including GDPR.

  • Available to start in September and commit to the full contract period.

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g. HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub).

  • Experience with data imports, deduplication tools, or data enrichment services.

  • Familiarity with reporting and dashboards in HubSpot.

What we offer

  • A collaborative and supportive international work environment.

  • A structured onboarding and handover to help you succeed in the role.

  • The opportunity to work with HubSpot in a business-critical role that supports teams across the company.

  • The opportunity to contribute to one of Europe's leading energy intelligence companies.
