Primary Care physicians are central to ensuring effective health promotion and disease prevention, managing chronic illness and coordinating specialty care. Board-Certified Primary Care physicians throughout Montefiore's network are available in a variety of settings in the Bronx and Westchester County, including hospitals, clinics and individual practice locations. Our Primary Care offices, many of which have been designated as "patient-centered medical homes," are highly accessible, provide proactive and seamless care, and engage patients in their own health.
We provide healthcare services in Family and Social Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as diagnostics and educational programs. Montefiore is expanding our Primary Care service into Westchester County, NY. Centrally located in Elmsford, this brand new, state-of-the-art office offers 12 examination rooms, X-ray, MRI, ultrasound and mammography services on-site. This is a 100% outpatient, non-academic private practice opportunity to provide 1st class care to our patients.
Access to all specialties for referrals including Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurology, OB/GYN and all others are guaranteed. Traditional office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p seeing up to 26 patients per day. Office is professionally staffed with office Administrators, LPNs and MAs.
We are seeking a Board Certified Internist who focuses on Adult Medicine and has an active, unrestricted NY State Medical License. You must have a minimum of 2 years in a private practice setting. In addition to a salary range of $180,000-$240,000, we offer productivity incentives, paid malpractice, CME with stipend, 403(b), LTD, STD, health, dental and vision insurance and much more.
