It is expected that all Service Associates will function as members of a team dedicated to support the highest quality care and services to our patients by assisting in such functions as maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment; assisting with dietary aspects of care; facilitating communication, i.e., answering phones; transporting patients and assisting visitors. As an integral part of the team, the Service Associate is responsible for activities which promote patient focused care within the Care Center.

SCHEDULED HOURS: Hours vary. Mon-Fri.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent with vocational/technical training preferred.
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
