Overview City/State: Bronx, New YorkDepartment: ONC – Practice AdministrationWork Days: DAYS VARYScheduled Hours: Hours VaryScheduled Daily Hours: Hours VaryJob Title: Medical Oncologist for Community/Academic Position in New York-Metro AreaVisa: VISA CANDIDATES WELCOME TO APPLYResponsibilities Fill two immediate openings in the Division of Community Oncology/Hematology at off-campus sites in the Bronx and Southern Westchester counties.Be present for 3 days a week at various inpatient locations and 2 days a week in outpatient clinics; there is potential to increase outpatient clinic days as practice volume grows.Participate in all departmental activities, including possible clinical and translational research.Qualifications Completed fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.Board Eligible in both Hematology and Oncology.Academic appointment at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in accordance with credentials.About the Department Montefiore/Einstein has 56 full-time faculty members, 45 clinicians and 11 laboratory scientists. The Department is an essential component of the NCI-designated Albert Einstein Cancer Center.
