Schedule: Day shift, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (7.5 hours per day)

What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of clinicians delivering assessments and consultations to families referred by the NYC Administration for Children’s Services in the Bronx.
- Maintain high-quality support for every child and family, reviewing clinical reports, tracking key deliverables, and ensuring services are timely, accurate, and impactful.
- Coordinate with ACS borough office staff, attend Child Safety Conferences, and provide expert clinical input at field office meetings.
- Lead training and development: design and deliver engaging training sessions for ACS staff, train and onboard new Clinical Support Program staff, and provide weekly supervision.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed clinical credential (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Limited Permit Psychologist licensed in NYS).
- Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- 5+ years of direct service and/or supervisory experience, ideally within the child welfare system.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across teams and agencies.
- Commitment to the highest standards of clinical practice.
