In 2017, Monte Forte was founded as a food truck. Since then, we’ve been serving our own take on Neapolitan pizza across the UK, opening our first pizzeria in Reigate two years later. We now run busy, vibrant restaurants in Horsham, Farnham and Dorking too, with exciting plans to grow even further.

We’re now looking for an energetic, driven and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our Reigate team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You’ll lead and inspire a motivated FOH team, ensure a warm and efficient guest experience, and maintain Monte Forte’s high operational standards. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, contributing to staff development, smooth service and a fun, positive working atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in a busy hospitality environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting, and brings the right attitude: proactive, hands-on, and passionate about great food, great service and great vibes.
