Trainee Pizza Chef – Dorking – New Restaurant Opening In 2017, Monte Forte was founded as a food truck. Since then we have been busy making our own take on Neapolitan pizza all around the UK, and eventually we ended up with our first pizzeria in Reigate two years later. We now have busy restaurants in Horsham and Farnham too, with ambitious plans to open more so watch this space! Now is the perfect time to join our expanding team in Dorking . The young and ambitious family at Monte Forte are looking for an equally energetic, driven and passionate Trainee Pizza Chef to join us. Our pizza is light and charred at 500c with chewy crusts, just like the ones cooked in Napoli. You will receive excellent training and guidance from our experienced Area Head Chef. Whilst you will have solid experience cooking Neapolitan pizzas in a wood fired oven, it is just as important that you have the right attitude and a hunger to learn and follow the Monte Forte way.
